 Not to deviate from the premise of the thread...at least not too much....up until I saw this article, I had been under the impression that Feigenbaum did not speak English. His drug-slugging lawyer claimed as much right after his trial.

Yet, in this piece in the Buffalo News, he doesn't seem to be struggling to express himself in English.

This article found over on Casebook refers to the inability or feigned inability of Feigenbaum to speak English.

In the PDF I added in the first post, you'll notice some criticism once again for the NYPD in not apprehending the right man.
They had. It would be shortly after the Evening World mouthed off that Caesar would be tried and found guilty ( He confessed, by the way).

It didn't take long for the police locate Caesar, contrary to the Buffalo paper's assertion.
