Many thanks to Mike for the 3rd part of the transcription......PDF below.  Page numbers 90-159.

Page 1 is an authentication of the transcript.
Page 2 is a heading page.
Page 3 is the case number.
Pages 4, 5, 6 and 7 are a handwritten list of witnesses.
Page 8-89 is the testimony of Mary Harrington, Mary Lopez, George Aloncle, William Frink and
John Jandas (their testimony can be found in Part 2 (pages 101-150)

I screwed the pooch in that I didn't upload Mike's latest transcription.  Sorry about that !

No problem.  Here's East River Echo Number 229 which has half of what Mike transcribed.
Then the following post will contain East River Echo Number 230.  Part 3, Pages 90-159, which are mentioned in the post prior to this one, are in this PDF as well as Part 2.
